In December 2005, I hit a "dark night of the soul," feeling so low that I considered ending my life despite being a therapist ~ my capacity for life was very low.

Thinking of my nieces and nephews kept me going. Inspired by a book that talked about sugar & it's link to depression, I decided to try quitting sugar for a week ~ if I didn't feel better, I told myself I could end my life..

Within days, I felt remarkably better. I had more capacity to hand life and that sparked a journey into completely changing my diet and lifestyle and became a health coach

This led me to co-found a gluten-free, allergen-friendly bakery in 2010. We were on Cupcake Wars, Unique Sweets, Foodography... but my capacity to be an empowered business woman sabotaged it.

In 2012, my business partner forced me out—a painful moment that later felt like a blessing. I then worked as a coach for Tony Robbins’ company but sensed that "mindset" was only part of the answer.

I left his company and went out on my own. I dove deep into energy clearing, subconscious work, nervous system regulation, Sacred Money Archetypes, and Human Design. Over time, I found the missing link: capacity.

Since then, I’ve worked with hundreds of men and women to release the trauma, trapped energy, and subconscious blocks that kept them stuck in survival mode. I’ve seen them reclaim safety in their bodies, peace in their nervous systems, and clarity in their relationship with money.

And here’s what I believe with every cell of my being: when we create capacity—the inner space to release what’s holding us back—we expand into who we’re truly here to be.
